For more than 11 years, Daniel Rishi has coached cancer patients and their caregivers — helping families understand the science behind nutrition, supplementation, herbal extracts, and evidence-informed metabolic support, so they can make informed decisions alongside their healthcare providers.
Daniel's journey began in 2015 when his mother was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic breast cancer. Following complications that included pleural effusion and breathing difficulties, the family was presented with conventional treatment options. Based on her previous experience with chemotherapy, she chose not to pursue further treatment.
Determined to explore every possible avenue, Daniel immersed himself in scientific literature and emerging research on nutrition, metabolic health, herbal extracts, and supportive therapies. This personal journey became the catalyst for years of dedicated research into the biological mechanisms involved in healing and recovery — transforming his life's purpose from searching for answers for one family to helping many others through education, research, and compassionate coaching.
Since then, Daniel Rishi has worked with hundreds of families, providing personalized guidance rooted in scientific research and metabolic health principles. His mission is to empower caregivers and patients with knowledge, helping them better understand the body's healing mechanisms while complementing conventional medical care.
His work and research have also been featured in newspaper publications, highlighting both his mother's recovery journey and the experiences of individuals who have benefited from his personalized coaching and metabolic support protocols. Today, he continues his mission to make science-driven, compassionate, and personalized health education accessible to families across India and around the world.
His mother's recovery journey — and the experiences of other individuals who have benefited from his coaching — have been covered in newspaper publications, including Patriot, bringing his approach to a wider audience.
Cancer treatment has traditionally focused on eliminating cancer cells through chemotherapy and radiation. While these therapies have saved many lives, they can also affect healthy cells that are essential for maintaining the body's normal function and supporting recovery. The ability of patients to tolerate treatment and recover varies considerably from person to person.
This observation inspired Daniel Rishi to explore a fundamental question: why do some individuals recover more effectively than others? His research focused on the body's ability to regenerate healthy cells, and led him to investigate the role of cellular metabolism and mitochondrial function — since mitochondria produce the energy required for cellular activity, impaired mitochondrial function may contribute to disruptions in normal cell growth, tissue repair, and overall recovery.
This area of research extends to several interconnected biological pathways, including Apoptosis (programmed cell death), Damaged DNA Response (DDR), mTOR signalling, Autophagy, Angiogenesis regulation, and mechanisms involved in healthy cell regeneration.
Through years of studying the pharmacodynamics behind nutritional science, herbal extracts, and repurposed drug therapeutic approaches, Daniel developed a holistic understanding of how these biological systems interact — and came to see efficient digestion, nutrient absorption, metabolism, protein synthesis, and waste elimination as the foundation upon which the body's natural repair mechanisms operate.
